AldinApp by Aldin Technology Corp

Fees & Billing Policy

Effective date: September 12, 2026

1. Overview

This Fees & Billing Policy explains the subscription fees, usage-based fees, billing practices, adjustments, refunds, taxes, and other charges that may apply to AldinApp.

AldinApp is owned and operated by Aldin Technology Corp, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States.

This Policy forms part of the AldinApp Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Fees

AldinApp may offer monthly, annual, trial, promotional, custom, or enterprise subscription plans.

The price and features of the selected plan will be disclosed before purchase or activation.

Different plans may include different limits, features, marketplace integrations, supplier integrations, automation capabilities, usage allowances, or usage fee rates.

3. AldinApp Usage Fee

Standard usage fee

$0.01 USD

per qualifying unit sold

Unless the customer's subscription plan clearly specifies a different rate, AldinApp charges a usage fee of $0.01 USD for each qualifying unit sold through a marketplace account connected to AldinApp.

This charge is an AldinApp software and usage fee payable to Aldin Technology Corp. It is not a government tax.

4. What Is a Qualifying Unit?

A qualifying unit generally means one individual item reported to AldinApp as sold through a connected marketplace and eligible for processing, synchronization, automation, fulfillment, tracking, reporting, or other AldinApp functionality.

Quantity matters. For example, if one order contains five units of a product, the order may generate five qualifying units.

Example

Order quantity: 5 units

Usage rate: $0.01 per unit

AldinApp usage fee: $0.05

5. Preventing Duplicate Charges

AldinApp is designed to avoid charging the same qualifying unit more than once.

AldinApp may use information such as marketplace order IDs, order item IDs, marketplace identifiers, quantities, product identifiers, timestamps, and billing event identifiers to identify previously processed usage.

Repeated synchronization of the same order does not, by itself, create an additional usage charge.

6. Canceled Orders

Units from orders canceled before fulfillment or before the applicable billing period is finalized may be excluded from billable usage.

If cancellation information becomes available after a usage event has already been recorded, AldinApp may reverse or adjust that usage event when reasonably possible.

7. Refunds and Returns

A fully refunded qualifying unit may be eligible for a corresponding usage adjustment.

If the refund is received before the applicable invoice is finalized, AldinApp may remove or reverse the usage fee from that billing period.

If the refund is reported after an invoice has already been finalized, AldinApp may apply an adjustment or credit to a later invoice.

Partial refunds that do not reverse the sale of the underlying unit may not automatically eliminate the usage fee.

8. Marketplace Reporting Delays

AldinApp relies in part on information received from connected marketplaces and other third-party services.

Orders, cancellations, refunds, or other status changes may not always be reported to AldinApp immediately.

As a result, usage adjustments may appear in a later billing period when updated marketplace information becomes available.

9. Different Usage Rates by Plan

Aldin Technology Corp may offer subscription plans with lower, higher, bundled, waived, or customized usage rates.

For example, a higher-tier or enterprise plan may include a reduced per-unit rate or a negotiated billing structure.

When a plan specifies a rate different from the standard $0.01 USD rate, the rate disclosed for that plan will control.

10. Usage Measurement

AldinApp may measure usage automatically using marketplace and application events.

Relevant information may include:

  • Marketplace order identifiers.
  • Order item identifiers.
  • Quantity sold.
  • Order status.
  • Cancellation status.
  • Refund status.
  • Connected marketplace.
  • Event timestamps.
  • Internal billing event identifiers.

AldinApp may maintain billing records required to calculate charges, investigate billing disputes, prevent duplicate charges, and comply with accounting or legal obligations.

11. Billing Period

Usage fees may be accumulated during the customer's billing period and included in the applicable invoice.

The billing cycle may depend on the selected subscription plan or payment arrangement.

12. Payment Processing

AldinApp may use a third-party payment processor to process subscriptions, invoices, usage charges, credits, and other payments.

Payment processing may be subject to the payment processor's own terms and privacy practices.

Aldin Technology Corp does not intend to store full payment card numbers directly within AldinApp application systems.

13. Authorization to Charge

By subscribing to a paid AldinApp plan and providing or authorizing a payment method, you authorize Aldin Technology Corp and its payment processor to charge applicable subscription fees, usage fees, taxes, and other properly disclosed charges.

14. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, AldinApp may retry the payment, notify the customer, restrict certain paid functionality, or suspend service until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Aldin Technology Corp may provide a reasonable opportunity to update payment information before suspending an account when appropriate.

15. Taxes

AldinApp service fees and government taxes are separate charges.

Where required by law, Aldin Technology Corp or its payment processor may calculate, collect, or remit applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes.

Users remain responsible for taxes related to their own marketplace sales, products, customers, business income, supplier purchases, or other business activities unless applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Marketplace and Supplier Fees

AldinApp fees are separate from charges imposed by marketplaces, suppliers, payment processors, carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.

Examples of separate third-party costs may include marketplace commissions, supplier product costs, shipping charges, advertising fees, fulfillment fees, customs duties, and payment processing charges.

17. Billing Disputes

If you believe an AldinApp invoice or usage calculation is incorrect, contact Aldin Technology Corp as soon as reasonably possible with information sufficient to investigate the charge.

We may review marketplace records, billing events, quantities, cancellations, refunds, and related system records when investigating a billing dispute.

18. Credits

Aldin Technology Corp may issue account credits when appropriate.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, promotional or discretionary credits have no cash value and may expire according to the terms under which they were issued.

19. Changes to Pricing

Aldin Technology Corp may change subscription prices, usage rates, plan limits, or other charges in the future.

Material pricing changes affecting existing paying customers will be communicated through reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect when required by applicable law or contract.

The standard $0.01 per qualifying unit rate remains applicable unless a different rate is disclosed for the user's plan or through an updated pricing agreement.

20. Termination and Outstanding Charges

Closing or terminating an AldinApp account does not automatically eliminate legitimate fees incurred before termination.

Final invoices may include subscription fees, previously incurred usage, applicable adjustments, credits, or taxes.
